: This retrospective study involving human participants was in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The Ethics in Investigation Committee Comité de Ética en Investigación CAIMED, which is affiliated to CAIMED as an independent Ethics Committee, approved this study under the ethic approval N° CEIC-00973-19. Consent to participate and for publication publish is not applicable for the nature of this study and provided the waiver for informed consent to participate. Waiver for consent to participate was given by Ethics Committee: Comité de Ética en Investigación CAIMED. The Ethics Committee (Comité de Ética en Investigación CAIMED) revised and approved the data management policy used for data management of participants who took the study survey. By signing the protocol, the investigators undertook to keep all the information collected for this study in a strictly confidential manner and to request the same confidentiality from its staff and the Independent Ethics Committee. The study documents submitted by Amgen or its delegates will be adequately safeguarded to ensure their confidentiality.
