: This study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the NH Human Research Low Risk Ethics Committee (reference number 64196). All participants provided informed verbal consent and were provided with a written explanatory statement and a withdrawal of consent form. The ethics committee approved the procedure for verbal consent. These consent methods were approved by the committee during the COVID-19 pandemic in line with the move to virtual interviewing. This was aimed to reduce the risk of research adding to the COVID-19 burden. Each verbal consent was recorded separately, including the date and time of recording, whether an interpreter was present and involved in the consent process (and their details) and the responsible person for gaining the consent. All participants were aged over 18Â years of age and were medically competent and able to make informed decisions about participation.
