: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were given written and oral information about the study, and all participants gave a written informed consent to participation. Initially, ethical approval was sought from the Central Norway Regional Ethics Committee for medical research (REK) (reference number 267185). REK found that the project was consequently not covered by the Health Research Act paragraph 2 and 4 and such, it did not require vised approval from REC. The study was reported to the Norwegian center for research data (NSD) (reference number 183099). NSD found the project to be in line with the privacy laws and approved the data-treatment to start in august 2021.
