Third, one-off interviews were conducted with health care professionals and coaches, without compromising the physical or psychological integrity of the interviewees; the interviews did not bring about a (temporary) change in the subject’s lifestyle, questions were not psychologically probing and the nature of the questions were not such that the subject could be regarded as having received a particular treatment or having asked to behave in a particular way []. Prior to the interviews, written informed consent was obtained from all interviewees based on detailed information on interview procedures, data handling, publication of anonymized data and privacy regulations.
