: The ethical review board of the University of Gondar and the ethical review committee of the Amhara regional health bureau's research and technology transfer office gave the permission and ethical clearance to the study. Permission to conduct the research was sought at all levels of government administration. Each study participant gave their informed consent. To prevent revealing personal identification, data was collected using the codes provided. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
