: The study was approved by the University of Eastern Finland Committee on Research Ethics (Statement 2/2021). Permission for the research was given by the Finnish Nurses Association and participating hospitals. All analyses were carried out, and methods were used in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (declaration of Helsinki). The participants were recruited via the study organizations that sent an email letter to registered nurses in which the research was presented and the link to the survey provided. All the participants had to give informed consent, before answering the questionnaire.
