: The studies recruiting human subjects were reviewed and approved by the Research Ethical Review Committee (IRB) of Bahir Dar University College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional review board (IRB) of Bahir Dar University College of Medicine and Health Science then obtain permission letter, it was given to TGSH and FHCSH. The protocol number from the IRB decision was 486/2022. The study subjects were approached individually and given information regarding the purpose of the study and then written informed consent was obtained from all participants. By eliminating personal identifiers, confidentiality was maintained. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
