: The study received Health Research Authority and Research Ethics Committee approval on 23rd October 2020 (IRAS285693). The application was fast-tracked for approval and assessed as under the scope of the COPI Notice. Individual trusts made their own priority assessment in accordance with the RESTART Framework or RECOVERY Framework. All interview participants provided informed consent, audio recorded using MS Teams and on an electronic consent form. We have endeavoured to protect participants’ anonymity and participating sites by removing identifying information from the data.All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations along with ethical approval statement and informed consent to participation.
