: Ethics approval was obtained by the research ethics committee of Assiut University, Faculty of Medicine and administrative approval was obtained from each hospital during data collection. The participants’ confidentiality was maintained by using code numbers and keeping the participants’ anonymity. The informed consent form was provided in the introductory part of the online survey. Submission of the survey was considered as consent to participate in the study. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
