: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) obtained ethical approval from the University of Liberia Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (UL-PIRE). The Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviewed the methodology, including the key informant interview toolkit, and approved to conduct of the study from June 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020. The evaluation proposal was also shared with the NTDs Program for approval to access program data. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from each participant in the assessment before each FGD, KIIs, and reflexive session. The consent form was read, and all participants had an opportunity to ask questions about the study and the implications of their participation. Participants' confidentiality and the right to withdraw from the research at any time during the interview were assured.
