: Ethical clearance was obtained from the University of Rwanda, College of Medicines and Health sciences, Institutional Review of Board (IRB), Ref: CMHS/IRB/319/2021. We also obtained ethical approval from Cancer-Treating Hospitals, where we collected the data. All study procedures were performed in accordance with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki.
