: This study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. It is part of a mixed methods research of a Ph.D. dissertation approved by the Ethics Committee of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences (Ethics committee reference number: IR.SHMU.REC.1398.097). Written informed consent was acquired from participants before entering the research setting. All participants knew the research objective and had the right to leave the study whenever they wanted. Moreover, we asked the participants for permission to audio-record the interviews. They were assured that all findings would remain confidential.
