: The data used in this analysis are secondary data from the Service Availability and Readiness Assessment (SARA) survey that was made available by the “Direction Générale des Etudes et des Statistiques Sectorielles” of the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Burkina Faso. Since the SARA survey is a MOH program implementation activity, it did not require ethics approval. However, participating health facilities gave their informed consent before being enrolled in the survey. Moreover, all the methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations.
