: First, in preparing the survey, approval was sought from the municipal health bodies in the two municipalities studied for its realization. Giving consent to the documentation signed by the respective municipal bodies, we send it to the Ethics Committee on the Brazilian national platform, PLATAFORMA BRASIL, which respects all international ethical treaties since the Nuremberg Code and Declaration of Helsinki. The research followed the regulatory guidelines and norms for research involving human beings that make up Resolution 466/12 of Brazil. Obtaining approval, after submission and approval of the research project by the Ethics Committee for Research with Human Beings of the State University of Bahia (UNEB) - opinion number 5.181.184 of December 21, 2021. The clarified free consent models for participants in the health network were approved by the ethics committee, and then all participants signed before the interview.
