: Face-to-face interviews were conducted with participants at their workplaces. All methods were carried out with relevant guidelines and ethical regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. There was no withdrawal from the study, and no significant distress was reported during the interviews. No sensitive personal data was collected, such as the informants’ health status, political opinion, ethnicity, or religious belonging. Transcripts have been stripped of all potentially identifying information to ensure confidentiality and privacy. There is no possibility of linking any data to specific individuals.
