: The authors of this study are researchers with backgrounds in clinical pharmacy (SAB), health service research with expertise in epidemiology (LH) and public health physician and an infectious diseases epidemiology (LAS) with extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research in various aspects of public health. The interviewers were also researchers with backgrounds in pharmacy in Ethiopia. This study is a part of SAB’s PhD project through the University of Queensland. The research team was aware of their perspectives throughout the data collection, transcription and translation, coding, and analysis process, and attempted to treat all data equally.
