: Ethical approval for the exploratory study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University of Witten/Herdecke (Ref. No. 198/2020) together with the parent study. All methods were performed based on this approval and in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Participants received written information about the study, had the opportunity to ask questions, and were informed of their right to withdraw their written consent at any time during the study without negative consequences. As transcripts were returned to participants for comment, pseudonymization was performed and participants were made aware of this in the course of data security.
