All participants in the QIC (secondary outcome) gave their written informed consent. All participants at the learning seminars agreed for data to be recorded and used for research. Facilitators participating as respondents (primary outcome) gave their verbal informed consent, which was approved within the ethical approval. There was risk of potential identification of facilitators since the QIC is a novel and specific intervention. Facilitators participating as respondents were informed about this at first contact.
