: Local ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh ( icddr,b) prior to the data collection (icddr,b protocol #: PR-18092). The Institutional Review Board of Family Health International 360 acknowledged the study as exempt (Project #: 1245006-3). Researchers obtained informed written consent from each of the participant preceding data collection. The purpose of the study, anticipated duration of the interview, confidentiality and the right to withdraw at any phase of the study were clearly explained before each interview was conducted. As this study involved human participants, all of the procedures were followed in accordance with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations, such as the Declaration of Helsinki.
