: In accordance with Sect. 3.1 of the 2022 UK policy framework for health and social care research [CitationRef removed] the NHS Health Research Authority guidelines for research studies [CitationRef removed] and the NHS Research Ethics Committee review requirements [CitationRef removed], NHS ethics committee approval was not necessary, and this study was conducted as a service evaluation. This was on the basis that there was no intent to <i>attempt to derive generalisable or transferable knowledge</i>. All participants in this service evaluation provided informed consent before taking part in the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations – data collection was conducted under the General Data Protection Regulation (2018). This service evaluation was registered with the SPFT Quality Improvement Team on 12th April 2021 and approved by SPFT Information Governance on 22nd July 2021 (ref DPIA232SPFT).
