: A consent form including the study’s objectives was attached to the beginning of the questionnaire; therefore, informed consent was obtained from all study participants, and in the case of illiterate participants, informed consent was obtained from participants’ legal guardians. The questionnaires were all anonymous to keep the personal information confidential. Completing the questionnaires was not compulsory, and the participants had the right to refuse participation or withdraw from the study. All the procedures were followed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines. In addition, all stages of this study were approved by the Iranian National Committee for Ethics in Biomedical Research. Code of Ethics: IR.IUMS.REC.1400.442.
