: Ethics approval was obtained from the University of British Columbia Clinical Research Ethics Board (H19-00889). The ethics board approved of verbal informed consent form and process for healthcare workers who were interviewed in this study. The study was in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). All healthcare participants gave verbal informed consent to participate in the study. All patients who were cared for by the healthcare workers gave written informed consent.
