: The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (No. 2019 − 01438). Prior to the study, the head manager at the PHC centre gave approval for the focus group discussions. Verbal and written information about the study was provided to all PHC staff. All participants gave their written informed consent to participate before the focus group discussions started. The study followed the ethical guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration.
