: This study received ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), and Ghana approved the study with the reference number <i>‘UHAS-REC A.8 </i> [3]<i> 18–19’.</i> All adult respondents who took part in the study signed a written informed consent form, indicating their willingness and agreement to participate in this research. All methods used were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and procedures. For adolescents less than 18 years of age, a verbal or written and signed informed consent was obtained from their respective parents/caregivers before interviewed was conducted. Also, an informed consent was obtained from all eligible participants in the study. A statement confirming this is has been included in the supplementary file. All respondents were informed of the right to withdraw or refuse from the study at any time. The study also gave each respondent a unique identifier which ensured privacy and confidentiality of their responses.
