: The Myanmar National Hepatitis Control Program and Ministry of Health provided approval for the evaluation data collection. Retrospective ethics approval of the program evaluation and publication of its findings to wider audience were obtained from the Myanmar University of Public Health Institutional Review Board (Project: 2020/3) and the Alfred Health Human Research Ethics Committee (Project: #205/20), respectively.
