: This study has undergone a rigorous peer review process during both the funding acquisition and the ethics approval stages. The study was approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and ethics approval was granted by the National Healthcare Group (NHG) Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB). Enrolment of study participants is conditional on appropriate informed consent administered by study research nurses or medical social workers. All methods carried out in the study were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Any further modifications will be further discussed, communicated, and implemented with the approval of the ethical board.
