: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki’s principles [] and was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in Umeå (Dnr: 2020–02755). The healthcare professionals were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time without stating a reason. Answering the questionnaires was considered as providing informed consent to participate and was obtained from all healthcare professionals. The data were analysed after being anonymised. Confidentiality was achieved by storing data files with questionnaires in a locked fireproof cabinet, and data analysis only occurred at the group level. Answering questionnaires can be stressful, as this can be time-consuming. However, any discomfort that may have arisen in this regard was considered to be minor.
