: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (DOH), and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The study did not collect specific patient information. The study protocol was approved by the Norwegian Center for Research Data (NSD) in 2021, ref. nr: 443658. NSD was renamed “Sikt” (Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research) in 2022 and ensures that the research project adheres to ethical guidelines and regulations and provides the approval for ethics, information security and privacy services, as part of the HK-dir (Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills). All participants included in the study signed informed consent ahead of the interview, with information about the study’s aim, method and data protection, and the researchers’ interest in the research topic.
