: This study was reviewed and approved by the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-ozalla, Enugu state, Nigeria with ID number NHREC/05/01/2008B-FWA00002458-1RB00002323. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants through signatures, thumbprints, or verbal. An information sheet, detailing the purpose of the study, proposed participants, and the rights of participants, was given to the participants and reiterated verbally by the researchers. This method was approved by the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-ozalla, Enugu state, Nigeria. All participants are above 18 years of age.
