: This study’s proposal was reviewed by the Ethical Review Committee of college of health science, Debre Markos University. The committee had scrutinized the proposal for ethical issues and made the research to correct and incorporate essential elements. We had incorporated all elements as enquired by the committee and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was approved by Ethical Review Committee of college of health science, Debre Markos University and an ethical approval was received with a reference number HSC/R/C/Ser/PG/Co/423/12/15 on 22/09/2022 (Related file 1). The ethical approval was submitted to the East Gojjam Zone health department to receive a letter of support to run the study and facilitate the data collection on all the selected health centers. The study’s purpose was explained, and a written informed consent was obtained from the head of each health center (Related file 2).
