: Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional review board of Arba Minch University, College of Medicine and Health Science with reference number of IRB/1336/2022. The permission letter was received from Gamo zone health bureau and Arba Minch town health office. Study participants were informed about the purpose of the study, anticipated benefits and harm, how they are chosen to participate, data collection procedures and their full right to refuse, withdraw, or completely reject part or all of the study. The participant’s name was not documented or recorded. Verbal consent was obtained from each study participant and from legal/guardian for those minors and illiterate and it was approved by the IRB of AMU. This is in order to minimize the duration of the activity and reduce participant resistance. The study was conducted according to regulations and guidelines for researches involving human beings.
