: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Cameroon National Ethics Committee for Human Health Research (CNECHHR) (N0 2020/07/1274/CE/CNERSH/SP). Administrative authorization was granted by the Cameroonian Ministry of Health (D30-607/N/MINSANTE/SG/DROS/CRSPE/BBM, N0 631-32-20). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
