: The research protocol underwent two rounds of review before being approved. Firstly, it was submitted to the Research Committee of the Children’s Psychiatric Hospital Dr. Juan N. Navarro in México City. The quality of the research was assessed and approved on April 27, 2017, with registration code OT4/01/2015. Secondly, it was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the same hospital where it was reviewed to ensure compliance with current research ethics regulations. The protocol was authorized on May 12, 2016, with the same registration number. Before participating in the study, all participants and their primary caregivers (legal guardians) were informed and gave their consent.
