: The study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) at Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia (GU 2022/839); and by the HREC at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services; Gold Coast University Hospital, GoldCoast, Queensland, Australia (HREC/2023/QGC/94879) under the National Mutual Acceptance scheme.All participants received a Participant Information Form, both within the email invitation and embedded with the online survey, which outlined the study (objective, methods, design). Informed consent was obtained using an ‘implied consent’ process; by completing and submitting the online survey, participants indicated their wish to participate in the study. This consent process was requested by and subsequently approved by both HREC committees outlined above.
