: After undergoing an ethical review, the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in Lund has given approval for the current project (DNR: 2022/00459-01). Participants in this study have given their informed consent for their information to be collected by the SveDem Registry and have the option to decline participation or withdraw their information later.
