: All procedures were in accordance with the University of Limerick, Education, and Health Sciences, Research Ethics Committee ethical standards (approval 2018_10_07_EHS) and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Voluntary participation and informed consent were utilised in the survey and written informed consent was obtained from all participants who engaged in the interview study.
