: Ethical approval for the ‘Sustainable employment’ project was obtained from the ethical committee of North-West and Central Switzerland (EKNZ, study reference 2018 − 01317). All participants of ‘Sustainable employment’ project were informed about original study aims and provided their written informed consent to use collected data to investigate barriers and facilitators of sustainable employment of people with ABI. As a secondary analysis was a way of zooming in to deepen the findings, participants were not informed about this additional analysis. According to the Swiss law and ethical guidelines [], collected data may be reused as long as it is anonymized, and sensitive data is protected. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
