: According to Finnish law (488/1999 Medical Research Act, ), this type of research does not require ethical pre-assessment. Research permissions were granted by the Institutional Review Boards of the participating organizations: The Finnish Union of Practical Nurses (SuPer), Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors (JHL) and the Personnel Service Company (SEURE). Participation in the study was voluntary, and informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants.
