: The study was assessed by the Centre for Clinical Expertise at the RIVM by Dr. Rogier Bos (study number VPZ-438). The study did not comply with the specific conditions as stated in the Law for Medical Research involving Human subjects (in Dutch: Wet Medisch-Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek, WMO). Therefore, this study was waived from further ethical approval by the ethical research committee. The participants in the interviews were informed consent of the study’s purpose, mode of participation, and confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
