: The study was approved by the Ethics Review Committee of the Ghana Health Service (GHS) with reference number <b>GHS-ERC 028/01/22.</b> Permission was sought from the Upper East Regional Health Directorate, the Kassena Nankana Municipal Health Directorate and the health facility management. This study had no human or animal subjects. Any information that was provided in this study was treated with strict confidentiality. All data obtained from health facilities for the study were stored on laptop computer with password protected. All COVID-19 protocols were strictly adhered to during data extraction at the facilities. Participants were not directly involved in the data collection.
