: Ethics approval was obtained via The University of Western Australia Human Research Ethics Committee (2020/ET000213) for the semi-structured interviews. Participants gave written, informed consent to be recorded in the focus groups or interview, and that the research data gathered in the recordings would be published and potentially re-identifiable. Pseudonyms have been used throughout the manuscript, and care has been taken to respect participant’s anonymity. Ethics and Governance approvals for the focus group were obtained via the Western Australia Country Health Services Human Research Ethics Committee (RGS0000004453) and the Western Australia Country Health Services Research Governance Office (ED-CO-21-105223).
