: HRW, including the process evaluation, was approved by Human Research Ethics Committees (HREC) from the hospital sites, Edith Cowan University and WA Aboriginal Health Ethics Committee. University of WA HREC approved gathering of additional trial process data and interviews with research staff. : This paper deals with an evaluation of a trial. Four of the investigators of the trial were part of the evaluation team, with one of these leading the write-up (first author JMK). This may be considered a potential non-financial conflict of interest. However, the roles of the team have been made explicit in the manuscript, with specific reference made to this in the discussion, highlight that the evaluation incorporates both insider and outside perspectives.
