: The first author’s academic affiliation is with the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The research adheres to the “Netherlands Code of Conduct for Research Integrity” (The Dutch Research Council, 2018) and the Dutch ethics guidelines stated in the “Medical Research Act with People” (BWBR0009408, W.a.S. Ministry of Health, Hague, 1998). Completing a survey does not fall under the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act. This law states that medical ethical review is only required when research involves human subjects and if people are being subjected to actions or if rules of behaviour are imposed on them. As our research consisted of a survey that did not impose any rule or behaviour on our subjects, a medical ethics review of the study protocol was not required. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the post-piloting survey. No personal identifying information or individual health data were collected or recorded at any point during the research process. This has clearly been stated in the manuscript. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
