: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. As this study was not subject to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO), the institutional review board of the VU University Medical Centre waived the requirement of medical ethical approval (METC number 2018.234), and the general ethical standards of the department were followed. Each participant received an information letter with the purpose of the research. All participants gave written and recorded informed consent to participate in the study. Informed consent was received from the participants prior to conducting the interviews.
