: This study was classified as service evaluation by the Oxford University Medical Sciences Interdivisional Research Ethics Committee; the need for ethical approval and informed consent was waived. Participants consented to receive the intervention, but were not aware they were in a trial. This study was non-medical, conducted among professional staff and using anonymised data, so the Declaration of Helsinki does not apply, but we followed best research practice.
