: The present study is part of the <i>Nutrition Now</i> project which has been approved by the regional committees for Medical Research Ethics South East Norway (REC, reference number: 32248), the University of Agder’s Faculty Ethical Committee (FEC), and the Norwegian Data Protection Service (NSD, reference number: 847590). All participants had been provided with a participation sheet in advance, informing them of the scope of the study, the reasons for conducting the interviews, the voluntary nature of their participation, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time. Descriptive data and written informed consent to participate in the study, record the interviews, and publish results were obtained from all participants prior to interview commencement.
