: This research was approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics in Norway (No. 107392), Western Region, University of Bergen. This work is officially registered with the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (No. 53013). Each informant voluntarily granted informed consent after receiving comprehensive oral and written project details. All interviews were recorded in MP3 format and are securely stored on a platform compliant with data protection regulations.
