: Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the institutional review board of the College of Medicine and Health sciences, University of Gondar post-graduate ethical committee with reference number IPH/2490/2023. Approvals were also obtained from participating primary hospitals, district health offices, and health centers. The objective, benefit, and harm of the study were explained to each study participant, including the right to withdraw or refuse at any time during the data collection process. Data were collected after obtaining written informed consent, maintaining the confidentiality of the information, and ensuring privacy. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, 2008. The manuscript has included items for reporting cross-sectional studies according to STROBE 2007 (S1.Table).
