: The present study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Khoy University of Medical Sciences, Iran (IR.KHOY.REC.1402.012) and the managers’ approval of the sampling centers was obtained before starting the study. All the study was performed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Declaration of Helsinki. After selecting the participants at the beginning of the interview, the objectives of the study were explained to the participants and written consent was obtained from them to participate in the study and audio recording. The participants were assured that the recorded material will be used without mentioning their names and details. The participants had the right to withdraw at any stage of the research.
