: This initiative was formally reviewed by institutional authorities at WCH and was deemed not to require Research Ethics Board approval. It was reviewed and approved under the WCH Assessment Process for Quality Improvement Projects (APQIP #2021-0059-P). Potential participants were sent an email copy of the informed consent form prior to the interview, and informed consent was obtained before interviews began. All interview participants were clearly informed that declining to participate in the qualitative interview (or stopping the interview early) would not affect their ability to receive care, nor would their circle of care be informed of their participation decision. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations on ethical conduct.
: Interview participants were informed that anonymized quotes from their interview may be used in any publications or knowledge sharing activities that arise as a result of this evaluation. Informed consent for publication has been obtained from the participants in this study.
: Dr. Vigod reports royalties from UpToDate Inc. for authorship of materials on depression and pregnancy. No other authors have disclosures to share.
